This year we’re celebrating Father’s Day a little different! We’re so excited to invite you to the very first Dad Wave 5K & Family Run — a powerful, family-centered event celebrating fatherhood, connection, and support.
WHY? Because 1 in 10 fathers experience symptoms of postpartum depression in the first year, and many do so without support.
Dad Wave 5K exists to change that.
Proceeds from this event directly support:

What to Expect
In this class, we’ll gently break down the basics of the pelvic floor: what it is, why it matters, and how it supports your body through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. We’ll also explore common experiences like urinary leakage, constipation, and discomfort with intimacy; things that many people go through, but that are absolutely not something you have to just live with.
You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to support your body, build awareness, and promote healing during pregnancy and the postpartum period, so you can feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in your body.
